Singer, songwriter Gene Noble is back with “Undertones,” the first offering from his forthcoming album.
Produced by Johnny “JT” Thomas Jr. and co-written by Kevin Michael and Gene Noble, “Undertones” celebrates falling in love.
“The real beauty in getting to know someone or falling in love is learning the little nuances that make them who they are beyond the obvious. The undertones are the things that make us all one-of-one,” says Gene.
A Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, and vocalist whose powerful voice has established him as one of R&B’s most respected performers, the release follows his October 2025 single “Off U” and arrives as he tours nationwide with Jill Scott as a background vocalist.
The New York musician has toured with artists including Sting, Usher, Chris Brown, and Jill Scott and collaborated with Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys, Linkin Park, Jay-Z, CeeLo Green, 50 Cent, The Roots, Shaggy and 21 Savage.
