Five-time Grammy-winning duo Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis officially opened their Nothing But Hits residency at Voltaire at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas this past weekend.
With performances from Shanice Wilson and Ruben Studdard, the opening weekend brought decades of iconic music to life, seamlessly moving through eras, genres, and cultural moments that have defined modern R&B and Pop.
Friday night set the tone with a standout appearance from Ann Nesby, who captivated the audience with a soulful rendition of “I’m Still Wearing Your Name” before lifting the room with the Sounds of Blackness classic “I Believe.”

Saturday night continued the momentum with unforgettable guest moments from Ledisi and Chanté Moore. Moore brought the crowd to their feet with her Jam & Lewis-produced hit “Chanté’s Got a Man,” before delivering a show-stopping performance of the Janet Jackson classic “Anytime, Anyplace” — a nod to one of the many defining eras shaped by Jam & Lewis’ signature sound.
The opening weekend also drew a crowd of industry leaders including Reginald Hudlin, Jermaine Dupri, Bryan Michael Cox, singer and radio personality Ángela Winbush, television executive Stephen Hill, Jodeci’s Dalvin DeGrate.
