NAACP Image Award-winning actress Tisha Campbell is returning to Lifetime to star, produce a film.
Titled “One Last Shot,” she plays Joy Walker a single mother whose life changes when her son is diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor. Battling doctors and tackling bills, she join forces with her ex, Royce (Whitfield) to navigate their new norm.
As Chaz’s health deteriorates, Joy begins to realize that a lifetime of living for others has left her with no idea who she is on her own. With Royce’s unexpected support and a community determined to keep her from disappearing beneath the weight of her responsibilities, she begins the difficult journey of reclaiming her identity.
In the midst of heartbreak, fear, and unimaginable sacrifice, she discovers that saving herself may be the first step toward saving the people she loves most.
Campbell is joined by Charles Malik Whitfield, Jaden Lucas Miller and makes her film reunion with AJ Johnson – the two previously starred together in the cult classic “House Party.”
“One Last Shot” is produced by FOX Entertainment Studios. Campbell also serve as executive producers along with co-executive producer, Dani Wright.
Campbell is best known for her role as Gina Waters on the hit sitcom “Martin” and “My Wife and Kids,” which earned her NAACP Image Awards.
The film will air on Saturday, November 14 at 8/7c as part of the network’s 2026 Love of a Lifetime slate.
