Jack Ryan (John Krasinski) is back in the game after a brief disappearance in this latest installment.
He has stepped away from the CIA but is lured back by his wise mentor, CIA Deputy Director James Greer (Wendell Pierce), to tackle a mission in Dubai. Things don’t go as planned (as they never do) as Ryan and his colleague Mike November (Michael Kelly) embark on a routine mission which turns into a complicated globe-threatening plot that teams Jack with Emma Marlow, a British intelligence agent played by Sienna Miller MI6 officer who is a genuine equal to Ryan.
In “Jack Ryan:Ghost War,” director Andrew BernsteinIt also returns to continue the franchise which jets from Dubai to London and offers nothing new other than standard fanfare of explosive action, car chases, covert operations and espionage. Only Jack and the team navigate a treacherous web of betrayal as ghosts from the pasts appear with ill intentions as heroes turn rogue operatives.
The film releases May 20, 2026.
