
The food, beverages and decor of this year’s Governors Ball, the Academy’s official post-Oscars celebration, have been revealed.
From the classic elegant Salmon en Croute, Bay scallops, to a sticky Canelés Baillardran, a traditional fluted pastry from Bordeaux characterized by a caramelized, crunchy crust and a soft, custard-like center, Wolfgang Puck has plucked a variety of dishes to serve at the exclusive post-Oscars celebration.
Nominees, winners and industry leaders will nibble on Yukon Gold Potato Purée, Caviar, Trout Roe, Crispy Shallots, Shaved Chives and after the event, the food is donated to Chefs to End Hunger.
The 67th Governors Ball is the official 98th Oscars afterparty and will take place on Sunday, March 15 in the Ray Dolby Ballroom at Ovation Hollywood.
Puck returns for his 32nd year to provide the menu, featuring a “warm gold” theme, 1,500+ attendees, and Tequila Don Julio as a key sponsor.
