Sylvester Stallone’s biopic of creating and making the award winning film “Rocky” is told in “I Play Rocky” which premiered at the annual Toronto International Film Festival in Canada.
The film which tells the true story of how a young Stallone fought to create and star in a film is directed by Peter Farrelly.
Starring Anthony Ippolito as Stallone, the movie mirrors the gritty, resilient spirit of the original boxing classic.

“Rocky” which was released in 1976 and its theme song have become a pop-cultural phenomenon and an important part of 1970s winning three Oscars at the 49th Academy Awards.
“I Play Rocky” releases in select theaters November 6.
