From “The Dark Knight”, “”Inception,” “Interstellar” to the more recent “Oppenheimer”, which received an Oscar for Best Picture, director Christopher Nolan has directed several noteworthy movies.
His latest film “The Odyssey” is shot across the world using brand new IMAX film technology and stars Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson and Lupita Nyong’o, Zendaya and Charlize Theron.
The film follows the legendary King Odysseus (Matt Damon) as he struggles to return to Ithaca after the Trojan War.
Known for his complex storytelling and focus on themes like time and memory, Nolan has directed 12 released feature films.
Written and directed by Christopher Nolan and produced by his wife Emma Thomas, it opens in theaters everywhere on July 17, 2026.
