The fan-favorite Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival returns to Disneyland Resort.
From March 6 through April 27, 2026, the official Foodie Guide is giving us a first look at the limited-time bites, bold flavors, and refreshing sips that are about to take over the park.
Think: California flavor with global influence. From soulful comfort food remixes to street-food inspired creations, this year’s lineup pulls from cultures, communities, and culinary traditions that reflect how we really eat — layered, flavorful, and meant to be shared.
From a Carbonara pizzetta from LA Style, Chicharrón nachos from California Craft Brews, Pork chile verde chalupas from Paradise Garden Grill, Ramen mac & cheese to Mickey-shaped Macarons, guests can explore new dishes alongside returning favorites, all inspired by the Golden State’s diverse food scene.
These will be offered across festival marketplaces and select dining locations.
