Americans are advised to not travel to countries with Level 4. These countries include Afghanistan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Haiti, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Myanmar (Burma), due to terrorism, crime, conflict, kidnapping, or unrest, with specific warnings also issued for areas in Israel/West Bank and Southeast Turkey due to ongoing risks.
