In the upcoming Netflix documentary called “Big Chicken: A Fast Food Conspiracy,” the self-proclaimed lover of food embarks on a journey from the U.K. to the U.S. investigating our global fried chicken obsession and the hidden costs behind our cravings.
Over the course of the month, the South London native puts his body to the test by eating fried chicken 3 times a day for 28 days.

From fast-food chains to large-scale farming, negative stereotypes associated with chicken are confronted as Mo shares with audiences the historical origins of fried chicken and the social, economic forces driving our mass consumption of it.
Known for his relatable observational comedy, “Big Chicken: A Fast Food Conspiracy” encourages Mo to reckon with the unsettling realities behind his favorite takeaway. It also sparks curiosity about the origins of our food and supplies a more informed approach to the choices we make about what we eat.
With three Netflix comedy specials that include “Momentum,” “There’s Mo to Life” and “In the Moment,” this is Mo’s first documentary with the streaming company.
