The 1996 film earned which earned Cuba Gooding Jr. a Best Supporting Actor is back in theaters for a limited run.
Gooding Jr. who is famously remembered for the catchphrase “Show me the money!” won for his performance as football player Rod Tidwell in “Jerry Maguire,” which returns to theaters for its 30th Anniversary on April 12th, 14th and 15th.
Tom Cruise was also nominated for an Oscar for his portrayal of a successful sports agent who is fired from a high-powered agency when he develops an honorable streak.
Nominated for five Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Writing (Cameron Crowe, who also directed), the cast included Renée Zellweger, Kelly Preston, Bonnie Hunt, Jonathan Lipnicki and Regina King.
